Nestlé Central and West Africa Region (CWAR) has opened applications for its 2026 National Service Programme, offering fresh graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on professional experience with one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies.

The 12-month programme is designed to equip National Service Personnel with practical workplace experience, professional development opportunities, and exposure to real-world projects while contributing to Nestlé’s operations in Ghana.

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Contract Duration: 12 Months (National Service)

Who Can Apply?

Nestlé is inviting applications from graduates with qualifications in:

  • Engineering
  • Social Sciences
  • Business Administration
  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Computer Science
  • Graphic Design
  • Photography and Videography

Applicants with an HND in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering are also encouraged to apply.

Candidates must also satisfy the eligibility requirements for National Service in accordance with Ghanaian regulations.

What You’ll Do

What Nestlé Is Looking For

Applicants should possess:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Leadership potential, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.

The ability to speak French will be considered an added advantage.
